Job Title: Multidisciplinary Health Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Multidisciplinary Health Services Coordinator. This role will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, referrers, and internal stakeholders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcome patients and provide them with information about their appointment;
  • Manage calls and patient bookings;
  • Respond to enquiries from patients and referrers;
  • Manage patient invoicing and receipting.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English;
  • Experience working autonomously and part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes;
  • Confidence with technology;
  • Flexibility to work at multiple sites (within local vicinity) as required;
  • Availability to work across a 5-day rotating roster (early and late shifts) that covers the operational hours of 8am to 8pm (Mon to Thu), 8am to 6pm (Fri) and occasional Saturday mornings (9am to 1pm).
