About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences for members. You'll handle face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries, complete administration tasks, manage bookings, and support other departments where required.

This casual role is ideal for individuals looking to get involved in the fitness, aquatics, and recreation sector. We offer training and development pathways from this role into:

  • Learn to Swim Instructor
  • Group Fitness Instructor
  • Lifeguard/Duty Manager

Whether you're looking to explore a future in health and recreation or want a great casual gig with purpose, this role provides an ideal foundation.

On-site training options are available to help you become qualified in Aquatics or fitness to serve your community.

About You

You're self-motivated, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.

  • A current CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration (desirable)
