As a key player in our customer support team, you are the first point of contact for clients. You are part of a highly skilled group that provides high-level assistance for sell-side and buy-side clients.
The Sydney Analytics teams work closely with industry leading Buy-side Order Management Solutions (AIM) that deliver global order, execution and position management tools for front-office professionals as well as middle and back office operations.
You will provide exceptional customer support to our clients using AIM Buy-side OMS products, build your knowledge on the industry, OMS functionality and Bloomberg terminal, and adapt to new technologies and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Client Service - Focus on delivering excellent customer experience, providing fast and knowledgeable solutions, and maintaining credible relationships with clients.
Product Expertise - Develop deep understanding of our products, customers' workflows, and market trends, while understanding the impact on our clients.
Business Impact - Contribute to sales campaigns, prioritize product enhancement requests, and provide valuable customer intelligence that drives product improvements and sales performance.
