Senior Revit Drafter Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior drafter to produce clear, compliant documentation for residential construction projects from concept design to full working drawings.

This is a great opportunity for skilled drafters who can demonstrate their proficiency in Revit and compliance with Australian Standards and site planning regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets QDC, POD, and covenant requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to deliver project objectives
  • Develop project concepts and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid drafting experience, preferably with a residential project home builder
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of QDC, NCC, Australian Standards, and site planning compliance
  • Great attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective time management
  • Effective communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Formal qualifications in architectural drafting or equivalent
