Are you a senior Revit drafter with solid experience in residential construction? If you've worked in the project home space and are confident producing clear, compliant documentation, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll be involved in everything from concept design to full working drawings. You will take briefs, produce documentation to meet QDC, POD, and covenant requirements, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants. The role offers a good mix of autonomy and teamwork.

You will need:

• Solid drafting experience, ideally with a residential project home builder
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong knowledge of QDC, NCC, Australian Standards, and site planning compliance
• Great attention to detail, with problem-solving skills and effective time management
• Effective communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
• Formal qualifications in architectural drafting
