Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver informative and engaging training sessions to customers on pet care and behavior.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pet care products and services and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to a fun and supportive team culture that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets.
Requirements
  • A passion for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in dog training or a similar retail environment.
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift products up to 20kgs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
