Job Title: Regional Sales Lead

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within the South East Queensland region.

Your primary objective will be to advance James Hardie's growth in High Value Products within the Single Family new-Construction and Renovation segments. You will achieve this by implementing the company's sales and marketing strategies to strengthen our competitive position and deliver sustainable profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shift seamlessly between strategic and tactical thinking. You will also have experience in delivering training programs to build customers' capability and presenting to groups of builders on new products.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts within the South East Queensland region
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build customers' capability
  • Presentation skills to present to groups of builders on new products

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
