  • Overseeing the assessment and ongoing review of the loan portfolio; supporting the Corporate Credit team in the annual cash flow lending review.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage data analytics and technology to improve decision-making and loss mitigation.
  • Shaping approaches to manage risk and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Previous experience holding a Credit Delegation.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing a team.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Business acumen and knowledge of the business lending market.
