We're seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for representing the company's brand, managing events, and coordinating staff.

This part-time role will involve:

  • Representing the company's brand professionally
  • Managing events from setup to pack up
  • Rostering and managing events staff on site
  • Training staff
  • Managing inventory
  • Admin tasks outside of event time
  • Delivering opening and closing remarks at events
  • Reporting event status to the team

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, preferably in music-related fields
  • Local or 1+ years of living in Canberra
  • Excellent face-to-face communication skills
  • Native English language proficiency (other languages are a plus)
  • Highly organized and efficient time management skills
  • Leadership skills and experience managing small teams
  • Problem-solving skills with strategic thinking
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to work on various tasks
