Conference and Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Event Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences across various events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating event details with clients, managing client payments, and assisting the sales team in providing outstanding service.

  • Coordinate event details with clients, including parties, meetings, conferences, and gala dinners;
  • Finalize event details with suppliers such as audio-visual equipment and event styling;
  • Manage client payments and invoicing;
  • Assist the sales team in answering incoming calls and delivering excellent customer service;
About the Role

This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
