Event Experience Manager

Cultivate Unforgettable Experiences

As an Event Experience Manager, you will have the opportunity to cultivate strong relationships with our dedicated onsite team and venue management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and safe running of event staging services within the venues, while also building and maintaining relationships with clients and venues to guarantee successful client relations and smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and safe running of event staging services within the venues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with venues and clients to ensure successful client relations and smooth running of all events.
  • Educate and advise clients and venue staff on the most appropriate audio-visual equipment, digital options, and necessary crew to meet their presentation needs.
  • Maintain and disseminate crew rosters and schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue in applicable venues.
  • Seek out opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to develop individual and team capability.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in events or sales environment.
  • Relevant experience in AV.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills.
  • Strong sales and business acumen, track record in managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to foster meaningful business relationships.
  • Prior experience in rostering and cost management.
