Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, responding to queries and resolving complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions via phone, email, and portals
Manage customer claims, resolve complaints, and process returns and credits following company policies
Maintain accurate customer data and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor and report adverse events and quality issues for escalation and resolution
Develop strategies to improve customer service and supply chain processes
