Logistics Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the execution of local logistics services, including inbound logistics, local warehousing, and local outbound logistics. This role focuses on optimising service and cost throughout the value chain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of storage operations, coordinating and controlling order cycles, and liaising with customers and suppliers to optimise customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring stock levels and inventory management systems
  • Coordinating transportation and delivery schedules
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve logistical issues

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Sydney
