Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Sydney-based supply chain operations team. As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of local logistics services, including inbound logistics, local warehousing, and maintaining relationships with various suppliers.

This role focuses on optimising service and cost throughout the value chain. You will execute operational plans with a strong customer focus, emphasising key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing efficient initiatives to enhance overall performance.

The successful candidate will be based in our North Sydney office and will have regular travel requirements to various locations within Sydney.

  • Monitor and improve the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of stored goods.
  • Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to optimise customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency.
  • Evaluate external customer satisfaction and implement improvement activities based on results.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactional data (stock) and comply with local legal requirements.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, procurement, or warehouse management.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through presentations and reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid long-term working rights in Australia.
  • Willingness to travel and a driver's licence.
