Customer Service and Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Supply Chain Officer. This role involves managing customer orders, handling queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Process and manage sales orders, addressing any issues proactively.
- Efficiently handle customer claims, resolve complaints, and process returns and credits.
- Monitor and report adverse events and quality issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of two years in Customer Service, Supply Chain/Operations, or Administration.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel proficiency), ERP, and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Summer Hours (Finish at 3pm on Fridays during summer).
- Product Allocation (receive 5 products per month from our amazing awarding winning ranges).
- No meetings on Mondays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm.
- Annual Flu Shot Campaign.

- Annual Skin Check.
