Looking for a challenging role where you can make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in the Hawkesbury Region. This is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who can work independently as well as part of a close-knit team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatches, liaising with warehousing and transport companies, and managing inventory. You will also provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in supply chain management, customer service, and administration. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate dispatches and manage inventory
  • Liaise with warehousing and transport companies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage administrative tasks and reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supply chain management and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
