Job Summary:

The Supply Chain and Customer Care Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by overseeing customer orders and requests. Key collaborations include customers, logistics providers, IT teams, and the Supply Chain team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Liaison: Handle queries, complaints, and suggestions via phone, email, and portals, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and coordinate with logistics providers.
  • Claim Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, process returns and credits following company policies.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain customer accounts with accurate data and compliance.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Monitor and report adverse events and quality issues for escalation and resolution.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to enhance customer service and supply chain processes.

This is a full-time position requiring collaboration with various teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and deliver outstanding customer services.
