About the Role

In Vitro Technologies Pty Ltd is a leading healthcare and scientific distribution organization seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Service Coordinator to join our National Customer Support Centre in Lane Cove, NSW.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience through service coordination, equipment entry, order management, and aftermarket technical support administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle warranty processes and coordinate installations
  • Schedule contracts or breakdowns and provide product and services information
  • Address daily inquiries and coordinate multiple field technicians with accuracy and efficiency
  • Meet daily team-based Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Customer Service role
  • 1+ years Service Coordination/Scheduling experience
  • Confidence and knowledge of an Inbound Call Centre team - handling customer queries, sales orders, customer returns and credits
  • Order management experience and understanding of inventory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to take ownership to ensure outcomes are met
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 is preferential
  • Previous Experience in Scientific or Medical industry preferential
