Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve ambitious targets by designing client-facing imagery that conveys the value proposition and solution narrative.
  • Coordinate presentations and support the Bids team through coaching and skills development.
  • Work with the Estimating team and Account Directors to ensure bid commercial aspects align, managing inputs from multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 7 years' experience across pursuits, bids and submissions within sectors including health, wellness, retail, hospitality and education.
  • Advanced graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in business software such as Pitch (or similar) and Microsoft suite.
  • Possess strong organisational skills to manage multiple bids, meet deadlines and maintain high levels of organisation.
