Work with us to lead the delivery of safe, functional and community-focused property and facility services. As the head of our Property Services and Facilities Branch, you will be responsible for managing branch operations, providing strategic advice on leasing, acquisitions and property market trends, overseeing facility management, and developing long-term property strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management or a related field, who has experience in achieving strategic and operational objectives. You will need to have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and navigate complex real estate law and property titling matters.

About the Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in property management or a related field
  • Experience in achieving strategic and operational objectives

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
