ARENA Property Management Services have a new and exciting opportunity for an Experienced Property Manager to join our team at Springwood.

ARENA Property Management is a boutique agency that prides itself on knowledge, experience and integrity in the property market. We have a proven track record in both Sales and Property Management and with the right skill set and years of experience, Arena Property Management has all the tools to assist you with your career.

You are expected to be well versed with current Qld Property Management regulations but you will be provided with training sessions with any industry regulation changes and updates and will be supported by our Property Management team within the office environment. You will become part of an exciting and dynamic culture where technology and procedures become the backbone of your day.

Your role will include:

- Lead contact for Landlords and Tenants.
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Responsible for your portfolio and lead assistants.
- Entries / Exits inspection and reports.
- Problem solving, insurance claims and resolve tribunals
- Ensuring processes are run efficiently
- Arrears Management
- End of Month

Benefits and Perks
- You are ultimately responsible for all the tasks, but you will have a team of assistants help handle the basic and generic work to free you to manage more urgent or non-generic issues and client/tenant communications.
- Assistants include:
- Maintenance - all basic and generic maintenance jobs handled.
- Leasing - assisting with leasing inspections.
- Routine Inspection - routine inspector does all the routine inspections.
- Accounts - There will be support with all accounts and arrears.
- Excellent professional culture in the office with close knit colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Property Management Experience (2 years minimum)
- Updated knowledge of Property Management regulations
- A demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Efficient Property Management Software (or quick learner)
- Property Me
- Microsoft Office
- Good typing and generic computer skills
- Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
- Outstanding organisational abilities
- Excellent personal presentation
- QLD Real Estate License

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane South QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
