**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **BDM/Property Manager** professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property management and sales, eager to drive new business and establish strong relationships with property owners. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting and securing **new rental property managements** through proactive outreach and assisting the Head property Manager.

You'll work alongside a seasoned property management team with **over 20 years of industry experience**, receiving mentorship and training to successfully manage the sales process from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**

Identify and prospect property owners seeking professional management services
Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate leads and set appointments
Collaborate with property managers to develop tailored management proposals
Attend client meetings to present and discuss Amoor's property management solutions
Negotiate and finalise management agreements with new clients
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Amoor's services

**Who You Are**
- Proven experience in **sales** within the **real estate or property management industry**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a **results-driven mindset**:

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
- Experience in the **Brisbane rental property market**

**Compensation & Growth**
- **Base Salary + Commission** with clear targets of **10-15 new managements monthly**:
