Your Role as Multicultural Leader
  • Service Excellence: Oversee all daily operations ensuring exceptional service across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
  • Team Development: Hire, roster, train, and mentor staff to foster teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction, resolve complaints professionally, and build strong community connections.
  • Culinary Innovation: Work with the kitchen team to shape offerings based on customer trends, feedback, and operational goals.
  • Compliance Management: Maintain strict hygiene standards and WHS compliance across all service areas.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, control costs, process daily transactions, and prepare financial reports.
  • Sourcing & Inventory: Oversee ordering, manage supplier relationships, and track stock levels.
  • Marketing Contribution: Contribute to promotional activities and online strategies to promote multicultural dining, events, and delivery growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure food and service quality are consistent, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
