Position Overview:

We're seeking a Fully Qualified Chef with a strong background in Greek cuisine to join our kitchen team. If you're experienced in preparing traditional Greek dishes and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we want to hear from you

Remuneration:

The successful candidate will earn between $95,000 - $105,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Greek dishes in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain consistency and presentation of meals

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist in menu planning and maintaining food cost control

  • Manage kitchen stations efficiently during peak hours

Skills & Experience:

  • Fully qualified chef with professional kitchen experience

  • Proven experience preparing authentic Greek food

  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Passion for food and dedication to creating an exceptional dining experience

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • A Diploma qualification or higher in a cooking, culinary or hospitality field is preferred
