Leader of Efficient Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
- Ensure great-tasting, high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
- Listen to customer feedback and consistently work to ensure positive customer experiences
- Identify talent, interview and hire new team members
- Induct and onboard new team members
- Train, develop and cross-train all team members and supervisors
- Manage staff including rostering, shift changes and team meetings
- Resolve any employee issues including grievances and disciplinary action
- Manage stock including ordering from various suppliers, stocktaking and portion control
- Perform office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling and payroll
- Manage daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
- Execute marketing promotions
