Restaurant Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-service restaurant management and possess exceptional service skills, as well as the ability to cross-communicate with various teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Train and mentor junior staff to provide excellent service to customers
- Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed
- Address and resolve any restaurant-related issues
Key qualifications include:
- 1+ year working in a fast-service restaurant management role
- Exceptional service skills and customer focus
- Ability to cross-communicate with front and back of the house
- Leadership skills to manage and coordinate FOH staff
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
