Restaurant Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This key role involves managing all expected key performance indicators, including financial and rostering tasks, supervising and coaching team members, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on, passionate about food and restaurant operations, and has a positive 'can do' attitude. They will have the ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment and possess at least 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Oversee financial performance, making informed decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Supervise and develop team members, focusing on exceptional customer service and quality food delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.
- A degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management (Required)
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
