Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Catering Team Leader to manage our restaurant's front-of-house operations. As part of a supportive and dynamic team, you will have access to a wide range of discounts at over 500 retailers, discounted food and drink whilst on and off shift, opportunities for career progression and leadership, and the chance to gain valuable experience in a thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant by effectively managing daily tasks and supervising staff members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Oversee cash handling, sales, and daily financial balancing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with industry policies and regulations.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is highly desirable.
- Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate is essential.
- Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams is crucial.
