We're currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll use your analytical skills and expertise to leverage financial and commercial data to offer practical, sustainable, and profitable recommendations to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promo & Pricing Scenario Planning: Build, assess, and benchmark promotional strategies and pricing scenarios using internal and external data sources and provide recommendations.
  • CPI Execution Support & Tracking: Ensure adherence to CPI project management, CPI tracking, and post-implementation analysis.
  • Promo Audit: Track promo execution and evaluate performance to make recommendations to optimize promo plans.
  • NPD Pricing & Promotional Strategy: Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate inputs into Business Case and integrate pricing ladder benchmark into recommendations.
  • PRGM Tools Maintenance & Upgrade: Manage and optimize existing tools and develop new ones when required.

You'll have prior experience working in commercial roles within Finance, Sales, or Category in the FMCG industry. You're a strategic and analytical thinker with an astute ability to turn data into compelling insights. You take pride in your ability to foster strong and positive relationships across all levels of stakeholders.
