Your Role

As a portfolio manager, you'll work closely with injured workers, employers, and healthcare professionals to guide individuals through their recovery process. You'll ensure they receive the necessary care and assistance to facilitate a smooth return to health and employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims across Medical Management, RTW, and Maximising Capacity teams
  • Develop and implement early intervention strategies to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes
  • Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders and assist claimants and employers throughout the process
