Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support, with a focus on compensation matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate information on compensation available to or received by participants.
  • Analysing and validating information relating to compensation matters.
  • Collating information to support the calculation of compensation reduction amounts in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining databases detailing the progress of work and providing weekly reports.
  • Contributing to the design of compensation processes to support continuous improvement.
  • Supporting operational targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to build productive relationships with key stakeholders.

Please note that Australian citizenship is required.
