Contracts Coordinator Role

  • Coordinate and manage construction and resources schedules through effective contract administration.
  • Assist in the administration of subcontractor performance against scope of works and construction program, and control authorisation of variations, extensions of time and payments.
  • Evaluate and process subcontractor payment claims and supplier invoices within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate cost control, forecast revisions and project financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review head contract payment claims, client correspondence and obligatory requirements for senior contracts administrator assessment.
  • Manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing tender design, preparing scope and technical documentation, managing tender process, evaluating tenders and engaging subcontractors.
  • Coordinated activities and tasks associated with overall planning and programming development.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring procurement programs and off-site activity schedules.
  • Support subcontract management and administration, including preparation of monthly final forecast cost estimates for trade packages.
