Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all commercial aspects of large scale new build projects.

This role involves end-to-end contract administration, procurement, tender negotiations, and managing variations, progress claims, and payment reviews.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract administration of head contracts and subcontract packages
  • Procurement and tender negotiations
  • Managing project risks, delays, and disputes
  • Providing cost forecasts and budget reporting
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • 5-7+ years' experience in contract administration on major commercial or hospitality projects
  • Proven track record of managing large scale new build contract administration
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
