At Robertson Remedial and Painting, we're growing and seeking a highly organised Contract Manager to join our team in Gladesville. You'll oversee contracts across all project stages, ensure compliance, minimise risk, and support project managers and senior staff. Your duties will include tender processes, contract negotiations, and monitoring of budgets and contractor performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies, legal requirements, and financial objectives.
  • Coordinate contract variations, extensions, and terminations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide advice and support to project managers, engineers, and senior management on contract-related matters.
  • Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
  • Participate in tendering and bidding processes, assess submissions, and recommend suitable contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within painting or remedial works.
  • Strong understanding of contract compliance, risk management, and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
