Job Description:

Lead a team of accounting support specialists in a dynamic and growing organisation. Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to ensure the team thrives in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management.

As Financial Services Manager, you will evaluate, polish, and streamline processes to benefit the entire organisation. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational finance activities and services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and provide monthly reporting on collection and expense management
  • Review and finalise AP & AR related general ledger accounts

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent competency; experience in working in a related finance area as an individual contributor; people management experience is essential. Ability to deliver accurate and timely support services is also required.
