The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Services Accountant to join our dedicated team.

This role offers a pathway to partnership for the right candidate, combining professional growth with work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex taxation and business advisory engagements
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic business advice
  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development
  • Handle tax planning and complex compliance matters

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Australian public practice
  • Strong technical knowledge in taxation and business advisory
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/business
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with cloud accounting platforms (Xero, QBO Online, MYOB)
  • Primary Production industry knowledge is not essential but would be advantageous
