Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach teams across different locations.">
  • Oversee job scheduling to ensure efficient truck coordination for multiple sites.">
  • Work closely with branch managers and supervisors to optimize daily operations.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.">
  • Monitor KPIs and report on team performance and service delivery.">
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance service and efficiency.">
  • Forecast workforce needs and contribute to workforce planning, retention strategies, and training plans.">
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance scheduling tools and systems.">
