Be part of a multidisciplinary approach to support both children and families.You must have a demonstrated ability to lead and guide teaching teams, develop relationships with families and the local community that build and support collaborative partnerships.Ensure the service is compliant with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and other relevant Legislation.Demonstrate integrity, proficiency, and awareness through supporting daily rituals and the use of authentic resources.The successful applicant will oversee team development, performance evaluations, staff scheduling, all elements of service enrolment process and other daily operations to maintain a successful business with a strong understanding of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF.Qualifications and requirementsHold a minimum of Diploma of ECEC or higher.Strong administrative skills are essential for this role.Must hold current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Child ProtectionMust have an open driver's licenceDemonstrated ability to use CCMS Xap software.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?
