Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to support and manage the day-to-day movement of freight within their portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will provide valuable insights into the movement of customer freight and potential issues to Major Account Managers, review and report on daily freight movements, resolve enquiries in a way that delivers an exceptional experience, escalate priority issues when required relating to all aspects of your accounts, and build solid long-term relationships with your dedicated account portfolio across a broad range of industries and national transport providers.

To achieve this, you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification or 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Resilience, passion, and ability to work at pace and under pressure
  • A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experience results
