Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce HRIS specialist to join our team. As a seasoned technical expert, you will be responsible for optimising our system, resolving complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning the Dayforce platform as our primary subject matter expert, driving configuration, maintenance and optimization strategies.
  • Transforming post-implementation challenges into opportunities for system enhancement and business value.
  • Maintaining system integrity through proactive audits, updates and preventive maintenance.
  • Managing multiple environments ensuring seamless change control and data integrity.
  • Solving Complex Challenges:
  • Diagnosing and resolving sophisticated technical issues with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to implement sustainable fixes that prevent recurring issues.
  • Developing innovative solutions that enhance system stability and user experience.
  • Managing and prioritizing the system ticket desk, providing functional solutions to business users.
  • Driving Business Partnership:
  • Collaborating closely with our People & Culture team to translate business needs into powerful Dayforce configurations.
  • Supporting payroll operations with framework design, automation opportunities and compliance assurance.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, user guides and training materials.
  • Leading system release planning with thorough testing and stakeholder communication.
  • Delivering Proactive Support:
  • Anticipating system needs before they become issues, maintaining a service-first approach.
  • Enabling smooth day-to-day HRIS operations across the organization.
  • Providing technical guidance that empowers users at all levels.
  • Championing continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep Dayforce mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with platform configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
  • Technical excellence: Strong understanding of Dayforce architecture, capabilities and integration possibilities.
  • Proven independence: Track record of successfully managing HRIS platforms with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving prowess: Exceptional ability to diagnose complex issues and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Communication skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams including P&C, IT and vendors.
  • Structured execution: Ability to prioritise, scope work independently and deliver visible, trackable results.
  • Attention to detail: Reliable, accountable approach with commitment to accuracy.
