**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional with strong HR generalist experience, you will work closely with business leaders to attract, retain and engage the workforce, thereby supporting business growth and performance.

This role requires a solutions-oriented mindset and HR project capability, as well as the ability to drive change and influence decision making. You must have excellent employee relations skills, including Awards and EBA experience, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include providing timely and relevant HR advice to the business, contributing to organisational definition and restructuring plans, and facilitating the hiring process. You will also be responsible for guiding learning and development initiatives, delivering short-term incentive programs, and succession planning and talent development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary education in HR and/or Industrial Relations, as well as a background in multi-site workforces. You must demonstrate outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills, and have the flexibility to travel as needed for the role.

**Requirements:
