About the Role

This position involves serving as a strategic and operational HR leader, supporting the business nationally.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all HR matters;
  • Providing guidance on employee relations, legislation, and industrial matters;
  • Leading initiatives to improve Workplace Health and Safety;
  • Coaching and mentoring staff members;
  • Facilitating organisational design and change management initiatives;
  • Analyzing and implementing compensation and bonus planning strategies;
  • Managing HR programs, compliance, and policies; and
  • Improving talent processes and practices.

About You

This role requires relevant HR qualifications and at least 3 years' experience in a Senior Human Resources capacity.

Candidates with strong relationship management skills, experience in change management, union negotiation, and EBA experience are also preferred.

A strong ability to prioritize tasks, a can-do attitude, advanced computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional HR services and a commitment to excellence.
