As a commercial lending professional, you will be accountable for business development within your local community and will support client retention by providing a premium service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate customer conversations to understand goals and needs, and provide relevant solutions.
- Originate solutions for businesses, including commercial lending, asset finance, and everyday banking.
- Proactively engage customers to support their business goals.
- Be a brand ambassador within the local business community.
Required Skills:
- Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
- Financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent customer engagement skills.
- FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or equivalent.
