Commercial Lending Specialist

We are seeking accomplished professionals to fill Business Banker positions and support small businesses across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and manage commercial lending solutions, along with asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their business and personal needs, offering insights and solutions that support their goals.
- Represent a leading financial institution within your local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting educational events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
- Home lending experience and sound financial analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Passion for small business customers or experience running a small business.
- Funding and Risk Authority (FRA) Tier 2 Accreditation.
- Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- Cert IV in Banking Services or equivalent (preferred).
