Sydney Based Commercial Lending Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lending expert to join our State team in Sydney CBD office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Originate and initiate the fulfillment of business products for Small Business Banking customers including commercial lending up to $1m.
- Conduct needs-based conversations with clients to identify new opportunities.
- Engage in proactive outbound calls to existing Small Business Banking clients supported by the Customer Engagement Engine and Next Best Conversations.
- Provide high-quality, timely customer service when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and complete loan settlement tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Commercial Lending and/or B2B sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
- Ability to facilitate conversations with customers to understand their needs and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation.
- Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain this within 6 months.
