About the Role

The SMC Coordinator is responsible for coordinating installation, maintenance, enhancement, and repair activities of owned and managed assets.

  • Coordinate site access and scheduling for maintenance and construction activities
  • Perform data collection, entry, and quality control in Site Management System and other site databases
  • Liaise with field operatives and customers to schedule site visitations and inspections
  • Generate and track work orders, trouble tickets, and permits
Key Responsibilities:Site Access and Scheduling

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative skills to coordinate site access and scheduling for maintenance and construction activities.

Data Collection and Quality Control

They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform data collection, entry, and quality control in Site Management System and other site databases.

Liaison and Coordination

Work Order Management

They should also be able to generate and track work orders, trouble tickets, and permits.
