About the Role
The Asset Operations Coordinator will oversee and manage contractors, monitor budgets and expenditure, conduct regular inspections and audits, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the asset, ensuring efficient running of all building services.
- Oversee and manage contractors, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality performance.
- Monitor budgets and expenditure, delivering cost-effective outcomes in line with operational targets.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reporting to maintain high standards of compliance and risk management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely rectification of maintenance issues and proactive management of building systems.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management across commercial assets.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and statutory obligations.
- Proven experience managing contractors and service providers.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
