Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement asset management plans in line with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with village teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset information.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize asset utilization.
- 4–5 years' experience in asset management (retirement living or aged care preferred).
- Strong understanding of NSW Retirement Village Legislation and Secretarial Guidelines, particularly in relation to Asset Management Plans.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with contracts and property management principles.
