About the Role:

This role involves leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive early careers strategy, encompassing attraction, recruitment, and talent development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative programs to attract and engage emerging talent, driving business growth through strategic workforce planning.

  • Develop and execute a national early careers strategy aligned to the organisation's workforce needs and future growth goals.
  • Lead creative campaigns and represent the business at key events to position it as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for graduate, intern, and undergraduate programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align hiring needs and development pathways across multiple service lines and locations.
  • Lead assessment centres and onboarding programs, in partnership with internal teams and external providers.
  • Track program outcomes, retention, and success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
About You:

We're seeking an experienced early careers, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition professional with a proven track record in similar roles, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder relationship-building skills, a creative approach to talent attraction, and a data-driven mindset to inform strategies and measure success.
