Risk Leader for Global Operations

This high-impact role is focused on ensuring principal risks are identified, understood, and managed effectively, enabling the business to seize opportunities in a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enhance global risk management frameworks and processes
- Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate risk into strategy, investment, and business planning
- Lead scenario analysis, stress testing, and emerging risk monitoring
- Drive consistency and maturity across diverse regional operations
- Coach leaders to embed a culture of risk awareness and informed decision-making
About You:
- Proven experience in leading enterprise risk management initiatives in global, decentralised industries (mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, construction preferred)
- A strong track record of developing risk frameworks that span strategic, financial, and operational domains
- Advanced quantitative skills, including scenario modelling and investment risk analysis
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at executive and board levels
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications
